Return Policy for Fresh Products

Our return and refund policy ensures a hassle-free experience for fresh flowers and foods. We process refunds within 5 business days of receiving returned items in good condition. Fresh products must be returned within 3 days of purchase for a full refund. Damaged or spoiled items are eligible for replacement or refund at no extra cost. Contact our customer service team for return authorisation before sending items back. We do not cover return postage. Your satisfaction is our priority at JT Yum.
